An intricately phased project that required extreme "out-of-the-box," solution-orientated thinking. A total of 31,000 SF of existing concrete flooring was removed and new terrazzo flooring was installed on casino/ convention way floor area. ADA compliance, temporary power, tight spacing, dust, and a coordinated layout to follow the ceilings were just a few of the coordinated construction details that CARMA needed to take into consideration.
