We love living in Las Vegas and building the unique things this city has to offer. Between the 2 of us we have been working in Las Vegas for over 25 years and worked in every property on the strip. Chris Rowe
Construction Executive with 27 years of experience. Experience includes all positions working with General Contracting firm including Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations Director, Vice president, President and Managing Director.

Angie Rowe
Construction Professional with 12 years’experience in the commercial construction industry working with general contracting firms as a project manager and an estimator. Angie’s attention to detail is second to none and prides herself on competing projects on time and under budget. Angie also builds long lasting relationships with the owners she has completed projects for.

Eric Winfrey
Construction Project Manager with 18 years of industry experience. Eric has had the opportunity to work in the field for the first 15 years of his career as a carpenter, foreman and site supervisor. With this field experience Eric has rapidly excelled in project management as he is a true builder and understands what it takes to get things done. In addition to his strong building skills Eric is an outstanding communicator and takes great pride in his work.

Steve Emerson
Project Superintendent well-versed in interpreting plans and specifications. As Steve started his career as a carpenter with hands on experience, he has broad knowledge of what it takes to successfully execute a project. Steve prides himself on his communication and collaborations skills with architects, owners, property personnel and subcontractors. Extensive experience in room remodels over the past 4 years.

Haley Burger
Highly trained Commercial Project Engineer, competent in performing an array of duties while maintaining a strong work ethic both in the field and office to progress jobs. Strengths include; tech savvy, excellent communication skills, implementation of field coordination/documentation, scheduling and estimating. Haley takes pride in going above and beyond to get the job done and is strict to follow company rules and safety guidelines. She sustains a high focus on teamwork and preserving good client relations while meeting deadlines and budgets to exceed overall profitability.

Jeffrey Jones
A veteran Superintendent well-versed in interpreting plans and specs to create successful schedules. Collaborates and communicates with architects, owners and property personnel during construction to bring the project successfully to the finish line. JD has a keen eye for details and looking ahead on a project to avoid surprises.

Carlo Javier
Highly motivated individual with a clear and evolving understanding of the core and disciplines associated with project management and construction development. Carlo is strong at creating effective solutions for clients thru the complexities of design, preconstruction, and the construction's organized processes. Key Skills include Estimating, Quality Control, Procurement, Project Documentation and Closeout. Proficient in utilizing Procore Software for document and cost control.

Katie Hill-Dudley
Construction Professional with 5 years’experience in the commercial construction industry working with general contracting firms as project engineer and estimator. Katie's amazing drive and attention to detail continue to make her excel. She prides herself on organized projects, detailed scheduling and creating long lasting relationships with owners, subcontractors and vendors.

Mark Balconi
Results-oriented construction and development professional with over 20 years experience. Verifiable track record for exceeding profitability and successfully completing multi-million-dollar projects through subcontractor coordination, partnership development and building a positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining workflow and completing on time and under budget.

Tom Coonan
Veteran Superintendent with 29 years’ experience in commercial construction. Tom takes great pride in the planning and scheduling of his project which makes for seamless execution. This along with his great attitude makes him an asset to our team and on all projects he is involved with.

Robert Scott
Navy veteran with 25 years of accounting experience with nearly 20 years in construction accounting. Able to bridge the “gap” between operations and accounting, Bob’s recent MBA also brings strategy, leadership, and analysis. He brings a skill set to add value to all stake-holders, both internal and external.
